Reputation rule
1. Silver and Gold Agents may cash out with a credit score between 90-93.
2. Platinum Agents must have a minimum credit score of 97 to be eligible for cash out.
3. If the credit score falls below the required level, the cash out request will be placed (on hold).
4. Funds will be automatically released once the credit score reaches 97.
